These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases and memberships offered by Divine Feminine Embodied (“DFE”), unless different terms are stated for a particular offering.

1. Your Purchase

Your purchase includes what is stated on the page where the product or membership is offered at the time of purchase.

2. Digital Access

Your purchase gives you personal, non-transferable access to the purchased work while it remains available through the applicable platform.

You are purchasing access to the work — not ownership of it.

3. Changes & Availability

DFE retains creative control over its work.

A work may be updated, archived, withdrawn from sale or removed.

Withdrawing a work from sale does not necessarily end access for existing purchasers.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights in DFE content and original works remain with DFE.

Your purchase gives you personal access to the purchased work. It does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.

5. Personal Use

DFE content is for personal use only unless expressly stated otherwise.

It may not be shared, reproduced or commercially used without permission.

6. One-Time Purchases & Membership

One-time purchases and memberships are separate unless stated otherwise.

Membership does not automatically include separately offered DFE products or future releases.

7. Membership Benefits

Your membership includes the benefits stated for your membership level.

Membership benefits may evolve over time.

8. Ending a Membership

When a membership ends, access and benefits that came with that membership may also end.

A separately purchased product remains a separate purchase and is governed by the terms that applied to that purchase.

9. Refunds & Withdrawal

DFE’s policy is that digital purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been provided.

DFE works are artistic and experiential. Individual experience, interpretation or outcome is not grounds for a refund.

10. Nature of the Work

DFE works are artistic and experiential.

Your experience of the work is individual. No specific experience or outcome is promised.

11. Changes to These Terms

Changes to these Terms do not remove rights already attached to an existing purchase where applicable law does not allow this.

12. Applicable Law

Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable where required by law.

13. Terms of Your Purchase

These Terms, together with what was stated on the page where you made your purchase and any additional terms stated there, govern your purchase.
